The Google site speed checker takes into account a number of factors, including the loading speed of static elements, where the CDN plays a big role. Accurate acceleration data can only be obtained empirically - by turning on the CDN and comparing the result.
To connect CDN:
1) choose CDN , for non-critical projects you can use free Cloudflare
2) when registering in the CDN service, specify the address of your site and get a host address that you will need to write in the URL of static files on your site
3) insert / replace the received host to all paths to files .jpg, .png, .gif, .js, .css, .ttf, etc.
