Is there a Russian analogue of Сloudinary (CDN + API for photo and video processing + custom upload)?
I am developing a web service. The functionality implies that some users upload photos and videos, while other users watch these photos and videos. I want to write code as little as possible and use ready-made services to the maximum.
Cloudinary has a wonderful API that
- allows the user of the web service to independently upload a photo or video to the cloud
- then process this photo or video with cloudinary resources (compress, make previews, re-encode) ( https://cloudinary.com/documentation/solution_overview )
- distribute to users via cdn.
Plus there is a clear explanation of how to use it and code examples in different languages. Very comfortably.
The only problem is that this service may, for one reason or another, be unavailable to Russian users.
Question. Is there a Russian analogue that has clear and detailed documentation with examples and that allows users to upload files directly to the cloud, process them with cloud resources and distribute them via cdn?
Thanks in advance

Good evening,
I understand that the answer after two years is extremely irrelevant) but maybe it will help someone else with a similar task. We at Kinescope offer just a similar API with a variety of methods for loading, listing media assets and metadata, transcoding to tch and on the fly for Live broadcasts, getting manifests for streaming, etc. The set of methods is large and suitable for platforms that want to implement whitelable video hosting functionality on their own and at minimal cost. Naturally, video delivery is carried out within our own CDN.
