Do paid CDNs have an advantage over Cloudflare for static video files?
If there is a task to distribute small static video files (up to 100 mb), then do paid solutions, such as CDNVideo, HolaCDN, and others, have an advantage over free caching proxying through CF? And will CF work adequately for such a purpose in principle?
Also alarming is the fact that, apart from swf, there is not a single video format here https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/2... CF position, and you can get banned if you use swf, or change the file extension. Is it so?

Cloudflare has a "cache everything" mode https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/2...
However, their terms of service clearly state:
Probably, if the traffic to your site is vanishingly small (conditionally, one and a half people a day), then in any case you will not create a large load. But if it is somehow popular - caching of video files will definitely be considered as a violation.
