Question: How to specify the second OBS (second speaker) as a capture camera, if we assume that the main OBS will broadcast directly to YouTube , and connect the second speaker to the first OBS as an external video capture camera?

what you want to implement using OBS cannot be implemented. As far as I remember, OBS only allows you to broadcast one to many. And you need a service that supports video conferencing, that is, many to many.

it allows you to assemble a conference, speakers only have a link
and access to a webcam, there are also duplicate functions (more stable)
