Broadcasting video to a Samsung 55" TV

Given:
TV Samsung UE55ES6100, which hangs downstairs on the 1st floor of the office.
The TV is rotated 90 degrees clockwise from its normal position.
A flash drive is inserted into it, with which the video is looping.

Required:
Make realtime streaming to this TV via ethernet or wifi.
The video stream should contain such elements as a widget with weather, time, latest news from Yandex + standard video.

How can this be done?
