How to sort emails in public folders?

Good afternoon. There was a need to sort letters falling into a public folder on the exchange server and, depending on the subject of the letter, transfer them to a subfolder. Can this be done on the server?

Public Folders You can make any folder mail enable.
And clients can send directly there.
If you need a broad structure in Public Folders, then make multiple folders, categorize them, and make them all mail enabled.
Create mailbox rules. They are also created on the server side. These rules are already packaged in boxes linked to Public Folders.
Mail enabled Public Folder, Inside folder structure according to your requirement. On the main folder to which messages are sent, use the Folder assistant and create rules or sort by folders using Transport Rules.
But really Shared mailbox and sorting rules from incoming ones are better than for a normal user, but so that they are executed on the server. Outlook will be needed only to create rules in this box.
