How to send mail from 1s server?

Good afternoon, there is an xchange server 2010, there is 1s version 8.3.10 and there is a developer who
now sends messages directly from 1s. Mail itself functions normally. Access to mailboxes using the pop3 protocols, Imap are enabled and through a Bat(tudenbird, Outglitch) type mailer works correctly, but when trying to send letters from 1s, it returns the error
CommonModule.E-Mail Management.Module(1275)}: Error when calling the context method ( Send): The mailbox is not available (SMTP error code 550 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay)
I looked at the mana, this is an authorization error, but 1s says that mail works under the same data, tell me, maybe some additional connector is needed?

@akelsey

The error clearly indicates that the 1C code is not authorized on the Exchange server and is trying to send mail anonymously. Those. SMTP authentication does not occur. There are two options:
* As SyavaSyava suggested to you, ask the programmer to do authentication on SMTP - then everything will work
* Make an additional Receive Connector - allowing anonymous sending, but making IP authentication for the 1C server. But it's on their own, on their own.
