How to transfer mail database from MS Exchange 2010 to iRedmail (Postfix + Dovecot)?

Greetings! Actually, subject. Solutions like IMAPSync are effective, but they require you to know all the passwords for all mailboxes, which is very inconvenient - either resetting all passwords for all users, or asking all users to enter a password somewhere. Is there a solution that allows you to migrate the entire Exchange database without manually entering all the passwords?

No, without knowing the passwords of users, you will not be able to do this.
Even migrating to Office365 requires watering user passwords (exception only if you have PST user archives).
Judge for yourself, on the new mailer you will have to start accounts, and therefore passwords for them. So it's easier to reset passwords for everyone, for the weekend we set up mail uploads to a new server, and on Monday users can reset the password to the old one again.

if the database is mysql, what's the problem with uploading dumps to server linux and linking postfix to it?
