How to solve Wireshark permissions issue on OSX?

I installed the latest version of wireshark, it created the access_bpf group and added me as a user to it to access bpf *, but when I try to scan, it gives an error that there are not enough rights

The capture session could not be initiated on interface 'en0' (You don't have permission to capture on that device

At the same time, during installation, I checked that the Set capture permissions on startup checkbox was ticked, for accuracy, turned it off and turned it on again.
I also tried to change the rights and the group of /dev/bpf* did not help ...
And I tried to run the executable file itself from .../Wireshark.app/Content/Wireshark from the superuser, the same garbage
