MacOS 10.10 hotkeys, switching between windows, etc?

Hello, I have such a problem, let's say I'm in Sublime Text, I press CMD + M and the window is minimized, now I have a menu from the program on top, but there is no window, it is minimized, I press CMD +` and no result.
It's the same when opening a window in Firefox and minimizing it with CMD+M - I can't navigate back to it from the keyboard.
Another question on the buttons SAVE, CANCEL, APPLY .... how to quickly switch between these buttons and click without a mouse?

@Urgarth

try cmd+tab to switch between windows, and if I'm not mistaken, keyboard arrows can control buttons like cancel, ok, etc.
