How to solve the problem with wow64.dll?

Hello!
I defragmented the hard drive using the O&O Defrag Professional program, then updated chrome and rebooted :)
When I started chrome and any program, I wrote an error related to wow64.dll.
I probably foolishly found the same file on the network and replaced it :)
Now another error is written 0x00000005
There are no restore points :( There is no registry backup either :(
What can I do besides reinstalling the system?

Look with a search in this folder c:\Windows\winsxs\
If you can't find it, download it from the Internet and put it in the folder C:\Windows\System32
