The problem is, I play GTA online (if it matters), and while I play, I clearly see drawdowns, when I minimize the game, turn on the task manager, go back, the drawdowns go away. The question is, what could be the reason for this and is it possible to make sure that the task manager does not turn off on its own after a while of non-use? 10 windows

Lights out, I seem to have a miner, I checked with Aida and closing the disp tasks is one of the symptoms, in principle the issue is resolved. but I would be grateful if someone threw a really working instruction for cleaning the miner.

This is not related to the task manager. You need to look at the load where the problem is
