How to solve the problem with the keyboard?

In general, something happened to the keyboard. It all started with the fact that at one moment they began to blunt - the keyboard and mouse just periodically freeze (and the keys stick on the keyboard). I immediately plugged in another mouse, and it worked. But I still couldn’t re-plug the keyboard, but somehow using the BIOS I was able to find out that: The
computer sees the keyboard
Sometimes it says that 2 or even 4 keyboards are connected
In addition, I plugged into all the connectors and nothing has changed .

@Ezhyg

set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
start devmgmt.msc

run this ^^ then View - Show Hidden Devices Set the
shutdown button to turn off, instead of sleep or hibernate if it doesn't turn off. Then remove all mice first, then keyboards. After that, turn off (not emergency) and turn on the computer again with the button on the system unit (the keyboard and mouse will not work).
