After entering sleep mode, the screen goes blank and after a couple of seconds a blue screen appears with an error BUGCODE NDS DRIVER, after which the computer turns off completely

It is rarely possible to determine the cause of a BSOD from the error text alone. Download some dump analyzer (such as www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html) and dig into the cause of the error. Or go to Microsoft's Q&A forums ( answers.microsoft.com/ru-ru , for example), post the dumps in the question and hope that someone will sort them out (this happens very often).
