How to solve the problem with remote administrator rights?

Hello! Today the light went out, and when I turned on the computer after turning on the light, I found that nothing in the system was launched on behalf of the administrator, although my profile (the only one on the computer) used to be admin. When I click on the "run as administrator" button, the program runs normally. When I try to enter password-protected menus in the control panel or work with system files, I get "permission denied" errors. I can’t create a new user, Acronis refuses to work because of these errors, so I could restore from a backup. In safe mode, everything is the same, through recovery mode too. net user Administrator /active:yes - Access denied. What can be done? I don’t really want to reinstall the system, it is desirable to solve the problem somehow differently

Boot from the Acronis boot disk and restore. I don’t see a problem at all if there are backups.
still it is possible with some kind of winPE. try to create a new admin / unlock the built-in one. if the profile is broken.
