Asterisk

How to solve the problem with registering internal users on Asterisk with an external IP?

There is asterisk + freepbx, located on the local network. Users from the same /24 subnet work with it. Also on the aster there is a trunk of a provider providing a city number. An incomprehensible bug occurs: some local sip-users are registered on an asterisk with an external IP address of the office. The problem occurs randomly and after a while disappears to manifest itself in another user. This applies to both hard and soft IP phones. Has anyone experienced something similar?

@rostel

1. disable STUN and ICE support on clients;
2. in general sip.conf list the local networks in the localnet parameter

How do users experience this problem? Do the phones really fall off or do you just see in the console that the peer [email protected]_IP is hammering to the server?
