How to solve the problem with p2p traffic?

There is a 3G modem of the "wonderful" Abkhaz operator Aquafon. Until the new year, there were no problems downloading files from popular trackers. In the near future, you will only have to use this Internet, and sometimes you need to download a file using µTorrent. Apparently, the provider conjured something and now all downloads hang and do not move. I am sure that there is a traffic filtering. Port manipulation does not help.
What are the ways to get around this limitation? The operator's equipment is similar to Megafon's.

Try the Tribler torrent client, it has the function of encrypting the dpi traffic of the operator; it cannot recognize and block it, since it is indistinguishable from https traffic because it uses the Tor libraries

Connecting via VPN will solve your problem. I have the same problem, tried many VPN services, settled on vpnsafe.ru, for me it is the fastest, set up OpenVPN in the router, now everything works fine.

Try enabling encryption in your torrent client.
