Automatic update of torrent file in utorrent 3.4?

When updating a torrent on trackers such as rutor, etc., the link to download the torrent file remains the same. The releaser can create an update file, upload it to himself on Dropbox and give a link from the dropbox (update link) to other users.
Maybe you can make the update file yourself without the involvement of the releaser. Help me figure this out, I'm not a programmer, but I want to use torrents with an update.

It is possible, but why? You will have to create a torrent file patcher to add this link, which would create a link in the web service database. The web service must (somehow) check for changes to the article, and so on. If you consider that you are not a programmer, then you have little chance of using such a function.
