Good day to all. You need a good torrent client that can be controlled from the .NET environment. We tried monotorrent (it's a little buggy), and we tried aria2 (for some reason it downloads in fits and starts: 50% of the time the download is at maximum speed, 50% at very low speed. uTorrent does not have such a problem on the same distributions.)
Actually, who that can advise?
PS Native libs are also considered, in extreme cases, we will write a wrapper for them so that we can manage them from the dotnet.
