How to solve the problem with OCZ Vector (256) after a power outage?

Good day.
I use OCZ Vector (VTR1-25SAT3-256G) on Win 8.1, recently there was an electrical failure in the house, after that I began to notice problems with the SSD.
1) Programs refuse to start, or they start with a message (there is no configuration file or something like that), but after reinstallation they behave normally.
2) Win 8.1 constantly writes that errors were found on the disk and that you need to restart the computer in order to fix these errors.
3) After a reboot (with error correction) after a few hours, the case described in paragraph 1 of this list occurs, etc. and so on in a circle.
There is an image of the system, so I can try any methods. I tried to update the firmware, fill the disk with zeros, but nothing helps.
I would like to know how you can diagnose the problem, is it related to an electrical failure, can it be fixed somehow, is it a warranty case, etc.
Thank you.

@opium

your screw khan, nothing can be corrected, except to make a backup if it is not there yet.

Personally, my OCS VERTEX 3.20 did tricks a couple of times. When I vacuumed the computer, it turned off and did not turn on for a while. Then it turned out that the ssd had some problems, the bios determined for a long time, the system did not boot, the bootloader crashed (I don’t understand how it happened at all). In general, somehow managed to reflash it, it came to life and everything became normal.
The next time, the bootloader just flew off.
If even the flashing did not help, then it's better to take it back to the store and change it to something more normal.
