>duplicate packet, dropping
Expected behavior, does not affect operation in any way.
For microt:
/system logging add topics=ovpn,debug
And, in fact, the logs to the studio.

Same error. Eventually. Password in Secrets and password when generating a certificate. must match and nothing else. Because of this, there was an error.

Everything is simpler for me ...
It turned out that the virtual ethernet TAP was disabled

mikrotik 6.49
win10, 20h2 ovpn-client 2.5.0-l601
on Mikrotik "ovpn... duplicate packet dropping",
on the client "connection reset... restarting"
Nothing helped... I rechecked all the passwords, rearranged them.
I thought about regenerating all the certificates again ...
I googled it, I decided to try it with a fresh client - it worked,
I just imported the old config and everything went ok
OVPN-connect-3.3.4.2600_signed.msi = ok
