In general, such a misfortune assembled a new computer and it was time to install the OS, the first problem was that the old drive did not fit the new ASUS H97 PLUS motherboard, so I had to install the OS from a flash drive, I don’t think that the flash drive has anything to do with this, but before installing XP and 7-ki there is an error "loading error operating system" and nothing more ... as the installation location there is both ssd and a regular screw, I tried to turn them off in turn, nothing worked, googling found several solutions. the second was to change the settings in bios which I didn't even find there and approximately www.prime-expert.com/articles/b13/fix-error-loadin...

Another solution was to format the disks in advance and split it into sections but there is a vicious circle because this requires a working computer which is not there.
If you install Linux, there seems to be no problem (I really didn’t understand it because there was a desctop version and to install something I had to write something in bashe) so I still want to install windows, maybe someone faced such a problem?

Sin on a flash drive, or rather on what you wrote down there. For Windows, there is Windows USB Downloader (or something like that) from small soft ones, select the ISO image in it and voila.

Most likely, the installation flash drive was somehow crooked. If Linux is installed, then Windows should also be installed. Try to create it somehow for a friend or use a compatible CD drive.

One of the possible problems with installing from a flash drive is the version of the usb port where you stick the flash drive itself.
With usb 3v version. there will be problems. Use the current version 2 and below.
