How to solve the problem with codecs in Openshot?

I can not solve the problem with codecs in Openshot.
When you try to export something in the desired format, it comes out:

The following formats/codecs are missing from your system:

libx264
libmp3lame

You will not be able to use the selected export profile. You will need to install the missing formats/codecs or choose a different export profile

I read the Internet, the problem is common, but usually solved by installing libavformat-extra-53 and ffmpeg .
Unfortunately, neither of these helped in my case.
Tried the solution from here , but after installing third party ffmpeg , openshot stopped running altogether.
Unfortunately, I did not save the error output, I rolled back the packages, everything works again, but the problem with codecs remains ...
