How to solve the problem on the VPS server with uploading images?

Hello.
Help me understand what the problem is.
There is a server running on debian os
installed: ispmanager
There is still a lot of space on the server, there were no problems such as I will describe before.
Today I started creating a backup copy of the site, but since I indicated a lot of things to be copied there, the copy, of course, dragged on and was created for a very long time. I tried to interrupt the creation of the backup copy to reduce the load on the server, which was approximately loadAvegage : 4,-5 I
applied the commands:
kill -9 pbkp (After applying this command, the following message also popped up: -bash: kill: pbkp: arguments must be process or job IDs )
pkill pbkp pkill
tar

It seems to have helped, the load returned to normal somewhere by 0.20.
Now I'm trying to add new material to the site, and of course I decided to upload a couple of pictures to the server as usual.
I go to the FTP client, try to transfer the folder with the photo to the server, and he writes to me:
Error: mkdir /var/www/leha/data/www/site address/foto/fotki: failure
Error: get attrs for /var/www/leha /data/www/site address/foto/fotki/fotka1.png no suc file or directory

I try to enter isqpmanager in the "File Manager" section and fill it with handles, I try to fill it, it says an error, perhaps there are not enough rights, etc., etc. ((

I do not undertake to say for sure, but, perhaps, for a backup, for the duration of its execution, the rights to the folder change, and after it they are restored. By crashing the process in the middle, you did not allow everything to be done as it should be. Check your rights.
Also, I don't understand why you're panicking? Load 4-5 is trifles in general, let him sausage further.
