Editing allowed/denied url list via LAN?
There is a local network for 10 computers. How can I block the opening of any sites other than those allowed? It means managing it from the admin PC. Perhaps there are some complex programs for network management (with other useful features)?

In order to leave comments, you need to log in
Close all direct access to the Internet.
Set up a proxy on the server and configure all access through a proxy.
On the proxy, close access to everything except allowed sites.
there is another option with https://www.opendns.com/
create an account for yourself there, create a black list or select by category, register DNS in your gateway. the list can be quickly adjusted from the account. The free version is enough.
Proxy ... but in general it is possible in different ways ... for example, pfsense, mikrotik, kerio control, administrative order.
In a situation where these are ordinary workers, you will only make things worse for yourself.
There is such a thing - the router is called :) Traffic is blocked on it directly to 80/433, a proxy is set and sites are blocked on it.
There is either free or goo (probably never tried it) Of
course there are complex programs - DameWare, for example, is a very good thing.
