In the settings https://www.google.com/calendar/ there is an hour GMT + 5 Yekaterinburg +2, on the phone it is determined by the network and GMT +6 Yekaterinburg. How to make sure that events are created in the same time zones :) If you change the time zone, the current time slider changes (red bar).

Just solved the same problem.
Your phone has not updated its time zone information. You have to choose not your own belt, but the neighboring one, but where the time is.
I had MSC+4 on my phone (actually +3). put Minsk +3 and that's it.
For good, you need to update the firmware, but if there are no updates on the phone ...

Put the correct time zone everywhere:
in Google calendar, in events, in the calendar on the phone (I also checked the "fix the time zone" checkbox), and in the phone itself (!). Everything should be the same, if necessary - move the clock.
Just solved the same problem. Now everything works exactly.
