Google error 126

Today google and gmail refused to work for me. Any search query results in Error 126 (net::ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT): Unknown error.
~~Googled~~ Poyandexil - found that I'm not the only one so lucky: one , two .
I think I'm not the only one on the hub, who has any assumptions, a problem with the provider, or internal Google troubles?

Have you tried lowering the MTU in the router to 1400?
It seems to me that the matter is in the provider, here habrahabr.ru/qa/23642/ shared their opinions about this trouble.
