How to sync music with Google Music?

There is an official manager, but it only uploads new music that has appeared to the cloud, and if I delete some music file from my computer, it will still remain in Google Music.
Has anyone found ways to fully sync, taking into account deleting files from a Google Music account?

Google has not opened the API for Google Music (in fact, they often slow down recently with the opening of the API for new services), so it is not practical to develop such an application for the general public (most likely it will be banned). I'm afraid you'll have to write this yourself
