How can I prevent location from being taken into account when searching?

How to prevent Google from considering location when searching. At the bottom of the search results, it says "based on your location." How to prevent (disable) Google from using my location. At least permanently?

The easiest option is to generate a Google search link that explicitly states the specific region and language of the results - for example via brightlocal.com/local-search-results-checker/ . An example of a ready-made generated
link with the New York location and English-language results:
