How to solve the problem in a network with two VLANs and DHCP?

5c24b8ea4beec779416878.png
There is a DHCP server with Internet access, a digital PBX, a managed switch on which some of the ports are assigned to one VLAN, and some to another.
There are 2 sockets in the office, one telephone, the other Internet and 1 five-port hub.
When the hub is connected to a telephone socket, all devices receive an address from the DHCP PBX. Phones work, computers do not have access to the network.
When connected to a computer outlet, the opposite is true: phones do not work, computers are online.
How can you solve the problem of simultaneous operation of phones and computers through a hub?
As I understand it, it is necessary to configure routing so that traffic from one type of device is transmitted from one subnet to another?
P.S. AT-8000GS/24POE switch and hub i.e. TL-SG1005P unmanaged switch

in my opinion, the right solution would be to throw both Vlanas into one of the sockets, connect there, for example, a Cisco SF300-08 8-Port or an analog, that's not the point. Set up Voice Vlan and connect computers via phones.

Take a second hub and plug it into another outlet, or buy a managed switch for an office where you need to separate phones and computers, and set up vlanes and relays on it.

voice vlan - on the switch.
Identifies vlan based on MAC address. Available on managed switches.

Either mac-vlan, or put a managed switch instead of a hub and connect the trunk to the main one, scatter ports on the switch over the vlans.
Or two unmanaged switches, one to the PBX socket, the second to the PC socket

You won't get anything with a hub. In the office, you will have to install at least a switch, where at least you can select isolated groups of ports. Ideally, a normal switch connected by a trunk to the main switch. And routing here while at anything.
