How to solve the issue with sound 5.1?
There is an Asus Maximus VI Hero mother and a 5.1 system. When you connect speakers to the back panel, when testing them in Rialtek, everything works, but when playing music in VK, on any players, only the front, sub and center silence work. But when I reconnect one of the jacks to the front panel everything works fine. I do not connect rear speakers, because. nowhere to put them. And then it turns out the front is connected on the front panel, and the sub / center on the back. Who faced such problem? How did you solve it. Firewood is worth

Not all audio players can work with 5.1 configuration. You need to either look for a player that can work with a 5.1 configuration, or set the front out mode to all slots in the realtek settings, or connect to the system via aux.
enable virtual environment in sound settings. that's what it should be called. On realtek at least it is so. but as already mentioned above, not all players are able to work with multi-channel sound. although VK, as far as I know, is normally friendly with sound. For example, some radio stations on the network are not very good.
