How to solve the error when installing NOC Project?

I install NOC Project in docker on Astra Linux (Debian).
I do everything according to the manual https://github.com/nocproject/noc-docker
I got to the script launch point ./slowstart.sh .

Проблемы явно с python, но решить пока её не могу. ПРОШУ ПОМОЩИ, ДОБРЫЕ ЛЮДИ И БУДУЩИЕ КОЛЛЕГИ!
