Why doesn't the python package from vscode install in wsl debian?

I installed Debian in wsl and Debian itself works fine (at least all the basic commands work), then I installed vscode and it is invoked by 'code . ' from Debian, but its packages are not installed in wsl.
because of what it can be? and how to fix it?

It was necessary to install VS Code as a package for Debian. Perhaps this will work. The Windows version obviously shouldn't work in WSL. In native Debian VS Code works great.
