How to solve the access problem? PROXY or VPN?

I wrote a bot in a telegram and it parses information from the site and transfers it to the channel, a standard situation. The site is banned in Russia, bookmaker. As far as I remember, the cart has also been blocked on the territory of the Russian Federation since the age of 18. When I just use my ip without any proxy and VPN, then, accordingly, I don’t enter the site and write that it is blocked on our territory and this is normal, perhaps related, that I send it to telegrams, because usually it parses calmly. What should I use to get everything working properly? I downloaded the VPN, used the trial period, well, everything seems to be working and the speed is normal, but I want to know if proxies are needed, maybe something else, otherwise I don’t want to give 800 rubles for VPN all the time, well, somehow I don’t want to, that one their traffic costs in the form of 10GB per month, which does not suit me because the bot will work, roughly speaking, for 10-12 hours,

Register a VPS for yourself, I have a link in the 'about me' section (about 300 rubles per month, only you choose a server not in Russia) and run anything, while you get:
1 GB RAM
1 core
30 GB NVMe
32 TB Traffic
B In addition, you can also raise vpn on it for yourself, for PC, phone (this is done with a couple of commands in bare Ubuntu)
