How to solve scrolling problem in MacOS safari?

Kind ! There is a site https://kingsrentcars.com/ru/#4
in the car section when we click on the hamburger at the top left in all browsers normal scrolling, but on safari for mac os it is very buggy.
What could be the problem ?

yes, everything seems to work fine in mac os sierra in safari 12.0.2
