How to solve problems with RAM slots and sata?

Everything worked fine for two years, but a month ago problems started:

• there are 4 memory slots and 4 bars, in two slots (blue) everything works (tried all the bars), and in the other two (gray) - with any of the bars memtest gives a bunch of errors;
• periodically one sata port disappears, and the screw connected to it is disconnected (tried with several).

Is this how the motherboard dies?
