How to solve problems after converting a virtual machine from VirtualBox to VMWare Workstation?

The situation is this. On a computer with Ubuntu 12.04 OS, I exported a virtual machine from VirtualBox v. 4.1.20 in VmWare v. 9.0.0 build-812388 according to this manual . After exporting, the virtual machine works fine, but periodically it goes into suspend itself. While I use a crutch: through cron I restart every 5 minutes in this way:

/usr/bin/vmrun -T ws -gu -gp start "/media/Data_1/BugServer/BugServer.vmx" nogui<br>

If it works, it stays working. And if in suspend - it is restored. But I would like to get rid of this problem and the crutch of it.

If the virtual machine is with Windows 7, then, perhaps, power management did not work in VirtualBox. And in VMWare it worked, respectively. If so, then you just need to disable the transition to sleep in the guest system.

yes, just a virtual machine with Windows 7. Its settings really sent it to sleep after 30 minutes. Changed, I'll see if it helps. Thanks for the interesting idea.
