Installed fedora and kali linux. Then I decided to install ubuntu. When I installed it, it was not possible to delete partitions from fedora and kali linux. Decided to keep. Now booted from ubuntu and tried to delete partitions via gparted and fdisk. Did not work out. fdisk outputs

changing partitions on the system disk is possible only after rebooting the system, which they wrote to you in pure English. Those. - deleted, but until you reboot - the partition table will not be reread by the kernel in the general case.

The question is formulated very badly (what was put? where? what sections?...).
But, I assume that the non-removable partitions are somehow mounted into the file system.
Show:

$ df
...
$ mount
...

You can delete your partitions by booting from LiveUSB.
