How to solve Error 41 Microsoft Windows Kernel Power error on server?

Welcome all! I don’t know how to be, but such a misfortune occurs with a freshly purchased server - the 41st error and, as a result, a spontaneous reboot. Proceeding from this support.microsoft.com/kb/2028504/ru , my case exactly falls under the 3rd scenario, namely a hard freeze and no bsod. Forum experts found on the web suggested disabling: all the C-state of the processor, SpeedStep, TurboBoost and C1E (C1E is not in the BIOS), in short, everything that affects the power of the processor. After a shutdown, the lifetime without reboots increases to several days, and the server still reboots.
Experiments with one of the two power supplies connected - a whea_uncorrectable_error error appears on both power supplies. Always after such reboots on the front panel of the case, the green diode changes color to yellow (an exclamation mark in a triangle).
Tested in windows 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2
Configuration: platform P4208IP4LHGC, proc. Xeon E5-2620 2pcs
The platform is flashed to the latest version 02.01.0002

From a technical point of view, the problem may be a malfunction of some component of the platform. In addition, do not forget the classic rule: "Electricity is the science of contacts."
But if this product is freshly bought, and besides, it is a server, then it would be more correct to approach the solution of the problem from a managerial point of view: take advantage of the guarantee and contact the service center or the seller. The logic is simple: even if now the problem is "on the knee" eliminated, it is not known how this can backfire later, when the server is at the "combat post".
