How to solve "bad ip connect" error?

Hello everybody. There are several servers on different hostings, suddenly, for no reason, when connecting to them via WinSCP, I get a "bad ip connect" error, an endless connection goes to the same server, which does not lead to anything. Once in half an hour, I managed to go to one of the servers, but when I tried to move through the directory, I again got the "bad ip connect" error. I did not perform any manipulations with the computer, it all started for no reason, just an hour or two before that I was sitting on one of the servers. Delivered Total Commander - too most. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance for your help with the solution.
