How to solve an error when deploying a project to HEROKU?

I'm trying to deploy a project to HEROKU, but it doesn't work. Everything seems to have ended normally, the program code has been uploaded and the database has been migrated. When I go to the page, writes Application error.

See Heroku bug H10. And you don't have dyno set.
