How to solve a problem with Wi-Fi adapter drivers?

There is a Chinese EDUP usb Wi-Fi adapter, the manufacturer is identified as Ralink Technology. On one of the PCs, the driver is installed, but it does not connect in "Network Connections". Although on another PC, the same adapter with the same driver and the same OS, it works fine. On the problematic PC, everything worked before, but for some reason it stopped. It seems that either the old driver has not been completely removed, or there are some problems with the USB motherboard (possibly drivers).

I solved the problem, the service called "WLAN autoconfiguration" was disabled, the service was started and the startup type was set to automatic.

I would venture to say that we are talking about windows. And what does the device manager on the problem machine say about this adapter?
