How to solve a problem with composer?

"foreword": decided to install for yii https://github.com/2amigos/yii2-date-picker-widget - but the current version is not installed (only @dev). On the forum (I don’t remember which one) I read what is needed:
php composer.phar global require "fxp/composer-asset-plugin:1.0.0-beta4"
used the command and now this is the picture
I can delete this directory and use composer through the final folder (of the project), but this option does not work (in terms of yii2-date-picker-widget), so I want to resolve the issue with the global... Please tell me
how to live on!? I've been struggling for an hour, I've tried everything, nothing works =(

Already solved, the new version of fxp/composer-asset-plugin fixed the problems.
