How to solve a keyboard problem on a new laptop?
Good afternoon. I bought an Acer E 15 laptop with a pre-installed eight.
Since old programs are used, I decided to immediately change to the seven so that there would be no problems. Even at the stage of formatting the disk, I could not enter a partition size of 100,000; for each press of a number, it was entered twice. Somehow entered.
After starting the system, the problem remained - double pressing the keys, when you press the Win, Shift, Ctrl buttons, they remain pressed until the system is rebooted.
I tried to install drivers from the manufacturer's website for Win7x64 - it did not help.
I tried to install all Windows updates - it did not help.
What could be the problem and can I legally return it to the store if the problem cannot be solved by me? What points to refer to?
About preinstalled system:
For the sake of interest, I tried to click "activate windows", I got the message "an error occurred during activation." There are no stickers from Windows on the case. Maybe it's not even OEM'naya?

The system builder is required to provide the customer with a complete set of OEM licenses, which, in the case of operating systems, includes:
....
Certificate of Authenticity (COA). The system builder must affix the COA to the computer case in a visible location. ...For mobile PCs - the bottom surface of the case. ....
An even weirder solution to the problem is to remove and insert the battery Oo
