How to solder a USB cable to the built-in card reader?
Good evening, there is an urgent need to use a card reader and of course there is no way to buy a ready-made solution, I found a built-in card reader from some PC at hand, is it possible to somehow solder a USB cable to this miracle, or do I need additional buses?

googled the pinout of the usb pad on the motherboard.
There are two usb ports on the block. judging by the payment, one port is used for the card reader, the second is displayed on the front panel (leftmost photo).
accordingly, you need to take a cable with a usb plug, google the pinout of the connector (it is standard) and see which wires (there is a color difference in pants, but often the Chinese put this on) are soldered to the contacts you need. then solder the wires to the board, according to the names of the contacts. just solder to the card reader and not to the port brought out.
