Greetings.
There is an SVG sprite and you need to somehow make a smooth transition from one element of the sprite to another, not a linear transition when you see how the picture shifts (this is in the example), but by the type of smooth appearance / disappearance on hover (the picture disappears smoothly, and another one smoothly appears in its place, something like a fade-in animation). The text has a similar transition.
