How to “smartly” sell your application hosted on Google Play?

In general, the thing is. I recently received an email from a company. They were interested in buying one of my apps that is published on Google Play. They asked for screenshots of statistics and income and, after receiving them, called a certain amount. And then there is some snag. He asked under what conditions the deal would take place, so that no one would deceive anyone. Got the following response:

You fill out an application on Google Play and send a screenshot of the submitted application (it is processed within a day and during this time you can cancel it. This is your guarantee). less than the essence, we send you 50% to the card (for example, Sberbank). Then you send us the source files and we immediately translate the remaining 50% to you

And here I remain in dismay, because I still cannot fully trust strangers, especially on the Internet. That's why I wanted to get other opinions.
Have you had experience in similar transactions? Do you think I can trust under the above conditions? Are there ways to get money back already sent? Is it possible to somehow protect yourself from "scam", or is it better to use intermediary sites to sell the source code?

Sign a contract and do not suffer from doubts, screenshots are an amateurish approach to the sale of already created intellectual property.

Read the w3bsit3-dns.com forum. Regular divorce. Do you have such an obfuscated application that you can't go anywhere without source codes? And most importantly, they do not ask for what they need. That is, they do not plan to release the next versions.

Do you think I can trust under the above conditions?
No.
Sell them via paypal as a commodity. Your product is ready. (What 50%?!)
Another option is through a guarantor (for example, Yandex).
But there, too, they pay 100% immediately to the guarantor and take the coverage of the guarantor's expenses at their expense. Ie, total percent: 100+[percent_of_guarantor_of the deal]
Everything else is a scam.
