In contact, you can write on the wall using e-mail. Remember this e-mail and on IFTTT.com, make the scheme "New post on FB" -> "Letter to e-mail", and indicate this soap. This is how Twitter repost -> Vkontakte works for me. However, I don't know if there is such a thing in G+.

As a result, you can add a couple of modules to get a common feed of all networks, filter out garbage (for example, you can create a spam list so as not to see how friends repost other people's posts from communities) and also write to all networks at once.
