How to simulate the operation of a quantum computer?

How is it possible, for clarity, with the help of our traditional programming to depict figuratively the stages of the process of computing a quantum computer? Is this even possible?

To play I recommend IBM Q Experience where as backends are offered:
Jupyter Notebook c Python 3

The essence of quantum computing is that the result of these calculations is known, and not their "process"

and Q# and Quantum Development Kit are not suitable? I just read that there is a quantum simulator, but I haven't tried it

Is this even possible?
No.
All because of the impossibility to control the calculation process itself, which affects the final result.
Any quantum simulator is only an attempt to simulate the results of calculations using numerous physical observations (a trained neural network on laboratory datasets), but not the process itself that creates the final result.
