How to shutdown DELL emc vnx5100 over network?

Faced with the fact that you need to organize an emergency shutdown of the virtual environment on vSphere, if everything is clear with the vmware, then I can’t figure out how to turn off the storage shelf ...
vnx5100 in the manual it says about turning it off via the COM console manually ... maybe I'm looking somewhere in the wrong place ?
in Unisphere VNX Client and there is no hint of shutdown.

Login to the storage via SSH, login service
command to disable svc_shutdown --system-halt
PS I have a different version, but I think that you have the same.
